Pre-Construction Design
LEED DB & Associates proudly leads in environmentally sustainable site design. Our pre-construction design work is usually very strictly LEED driven. We often make exceptions in order to give our clients more options due to the pricing, but our team is strongly encouraged to help build towards a better environment.
Project
Management
LEED DB & Associates will also take care of all project management services. Our company has the ability to set construction schedules, estimates, LEED binders, and proposal binders. By using these methods in setting up a conceptual design, this allows our team to analyze, organize, strategize, and execute our day to day operations.
3-D
Modeling
LEED DB & Associates has the ability to produce 3-D Models with the use of AutoCAD and BIM. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a program which provides our team with the necessary information, such as area, volume, and visual representation, to perform certain task (i.e., scheduling, estimating, design options, etc.).
