OUR TEAM

Team Co-Leader
Our Team Co-Leader is Alec Reeves. Alec's responsibilities include working with and providing support to the LEED/Proposal team leaders to ensure discussions and decisions that lead toward closure and a group consensus. This includes keeping documentation of project responsibilities. Alec was also named leader of our Project Team, which was created once the team was split into two smaller groups in order to increase the work performed on a day to day basis.
Team Leader
Our Team Leader is Ishmael Lee. Ishmael's responsibilities include providing the team with a vision for each project objective, and acting as a facilitator to team discussions. His duties throughout the project include beginning meeting discussions, delegating workloads fairly amongst the group, and assisting with any proposal-related decisions. Ishmael was also named the leader of our LEED team, which was created once the team was split into two smaller groups in order to increase the work performed on a day to day basis.

LEED Leader
Our team LEED Leader is Olivia Howard. Olivia's responsibilities include coordinating the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design binder. Olivia's responsibilities also included documentation of the level of certification. Although the team was split into two groups with one team LEED oriented, Olivia was still able to maintain the same workload including organization of the LEED Binder, and helping the LEED team stay task oriented.

Scheduler
Our team Estimator is Crosby Latham. Crosby's responsibilities include developing and coordinating the cost estimate of the proposed design options included in our team proposal. Crosby was given quite the task in order to estimate all five options, but he was able to handle the workload, giving us an estimation for each of the conceptual design options.

Estimator
Our team Proposal Leader is Sarah Lindsey. Sarah is directly responsible for coordinating the development of the project design proposal, as well as creating a proposal binder. Sarah was also able to help everyone in the Project Team stay task oriented. Although the team was split into two groups with one team being more project/proposal oriented, Sarah was still able to maintain the same workload and create the team proposal binder.

3-D Modeler
Our team 3-D Modeler is Jonathan Harris. Jonathan's responsibilities include the development and coordination of the three dimensional model options to be developed in the final proposal. Jonathan was given quite the task in order to develop all five options, but he was able to handle the large workload, giving our team a 3-D Model for each of the five conceptual design options.

Secretary
Our team LEED Co-Leader is Shane Moran. Shane's responsibilities include working with and providing direct support to the LEED team leader throughout the development of the LEED Binder. Initially Shane was set as the proposal co-leader, but our team decided that Shane's efforts would best benefit the team by working second hand with Olivia in the development of the LEED Binder.

Proposal Leader
Our team Scheduler is Jacob Hall. Jacob is directly responsible for developing the schedule that the project life-cycle will follow for the final proposal effort. Jacob was given quite the task in order to develop all five options, but he was able to handle the large workload, giving our team a schedule for each of the five conceptual design options.

LEED Co-Leader
Our team Secretary is Robert Burns. Rob is directly responsible for the site logistics (i.e., crane path, site lay-down, site utilities, trailer locations, etc.). Rob is also directly responsible for recording, summarizing, and maintaining a log of meetings that have taken place throughout the conceptual design development for each of our design options.
