Option 3, is our third and final design option for this project. Our goal with this design was to achieve LEED certification while staying well under budget. Although this design does not have many major exterior changes to the building other than adding in windows, and bricking in the garage door area, our team had money left in the budget to make some great interior changes. With this design, our team strived to create a better student/employee environm-ent without adding any extra outdoor space. Although the general public may not get the same eye capturing effect as option 1 and 2 will, anyone that takes a stroll through the building will certainly love this design. With this design option we were met with the same challenge as the other two options, what to do with all of this extra space, and with this design we were able to achieve possibly the best interior layout design of the three.
